There is a particular kind of miserable where you know exactly what would help and you still cannot make yourself get in the car. You have the stomach bug going around your office. You have a newborn and leaving the house is a two hour operation. You have a migraine and the thought of driving down 280 in afternoon sun is worse than the migraine.
That is what concierge service is for. We bring the drip to you.
What concierge actually means
A licensed nurse comes to your home, your office, your hotel, or wherever you happen to be in the greater Birmingham area, carrying everything needed to run a full session. Same drips. Same formulas, at the same doses, designed by the same physician who owns the lounge. Same clinical standards for starting the line. The only thing that changes is the address.
You sit in your own chair, in your own house, and someone else handles the rest. Most people find it a better experience than the lounge, which is saying something, because we like our lounge.
Who actually uses it
In practice, concierge tends to serve five situations.
- You are too unwell to drive. Stomach bugs, migraines, and the aftermath of a hard week are exactly when IV therapy is most useful and exactly when getting yourself somewhere is hardest.
- You have a new baby. New mothers are the single group most consistently underserved by anything requiring an appointment across town.
- You are hosting or traveling. Wedding parties, houses full of family, work trips where you have to be functional in the morning regardless of what the evening looked like.
- Your schedule will not bend. Some people would genuinely rather pay for the hour back than spend it in traffic on 280.
- You want to go together. Groups are often where concierge makes the most sense, since one visit covers everyone.
What it costs
Drip pricing is identical to the lounge, published on our full menu with every ingredient and dose listed. There is a flat $50 travel fee on top of that, and it does not scale with distance inside our service area or with the number of people at the address. If four of you are getting drips at one house, it is still one travel fee.
We publish that fee the same way we publish everything else. You should know the total before anyone books anything.
Where we go
The 280 corridor is home base, so Inverness, Hoover, Vestavia, and the neighborhoods feeding into all of it are the easiest to serve. We travel throughout the greater Birmingham area as well. If you are unsure whether your address works, just ask before you book and we will tell you straight.
What stays the same, and what has to
The free intro still comes first. Every new client completes a ten minute conversation about health history and goals before a first drip, and that applies whether you are coming to us or we are coming to you. It is good for three years and you never repeat it.
Concierge is also not an emergency service. A nurse arriving at your house is a wellness visit, not urgent care. If something is genuinely wrong, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room, and we will be here afterward.

Our lounge at 5291 Valleydale Road, Suite 133 soft opens at the end of August, with hours Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. But the drip has never actually required you to come to us.
